Now Hiring - Automotive Sales Associate in Inglewood, CA

LA City Cars is a pre-owned operation that is a part of Northeast Auto Holdings group. The group has 2 new car stores (Kia and Chevy) and 2 established used car stores. We have all the new car banking relationships for financing and over 300 cars (most hi-line) in inventory. We have experienced qualified managers to direct and train the sales team.

NO AUTOMOTIVE SALES NECESSARY

SALES EXPERIENCE OR SALES ABILITY A MUST!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
• Follow up on all leads generated by internet marketing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Strong desire to “assist the customer”
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections
• Quality customer service skills
• Good sales and/or customer service track record
• Possess strong communication skills
• Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
• Focus on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
• Computer literate and have basic math skills
• Attention to detail
